What Happens Next

1. Receive Request: We receive your deletion request via form or email.
2. Verification (1-3 days): We verify your identity to ensure the request is legitimate. We may contact you via email for additional verification.
3. Data Deletion (Up to 30 days): We delete all your personal data from our systems, including game progress, activity logs, and any associated records.
4. Confirmation: We send you a confirmation email once your data has been deleted.

Data Retention Exceptions

In some cases, we may retain your data even after a deletion request:

• Legal Obligations: We may retain data if required by applicable laws, regulations, or legal proceedings.
• Fraud Prevention: Data may be retained to prevent fraud, abuse, or misuse of the Game.
• Audit Purposes: Some transaction and financial data may be retained for accounting and audit purposes.

Any retained data will be kept to the minimum extent necessary and will not be used for marketing or other purposes unrelated to the exceptions listed above.
