Dame Game is a strategic board game with the following features:

• Game Modes: Normal Mode (2 Players), 2-Player Tournament, and 4-Player Expert Mode.
• Tournaments: Create and join tournaments to compete against friends and other players.
• Friend Zone: Invite Facebook friends to play matches and see who's the better strategist.
• Energy System: Energy regenerates over time. When full, you can send a "Message to Play" to invite friends back to the Game.
• Rewarded Ads: Watch rewarded video ads to earn bonus moves or refill energy.

We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue any features of the Game at any time without prior notice.

6. In-Game Purchases

Dame Game offers optional in-game purchases, including but not limited to:

7. Ads and Monetization

Dame Game displays advertisements to support the Game and keep it free to play. We use the following advertising services:

• Facebook Audience Network: We use Facebook's ad network to show rewarded video ads and banner ads within the Game.
• Rewarded Ads: You may choose to watch rewarded video ads to receive in-game bonuses (e.g., extra moves, energy refill).

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Côte d'Ivoire, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Abidjan, Côte d'Ivoire.

Dame Game collects information from children under the age of 13 in accordance with applicable laws, including COPPA.
